Payment

I accept PayPal and other payment methods (Western Union, Unistream, MoneyGram and other).
I send beads no later than 1-2 working days after receiving a payment (if the beads are available). If you order sold item, it will take time to create the new one (the terms depend on the item). 
The shipping only after the payment.

Shipping

Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via international registered airmail.
• Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are already included.

Terms & Delivery time:
• Your package will be shipped within 1-2 working days after advance payment.
• Delivery via regular method takes about 1-3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location. Usually, delivery term is about 2.5 week.

Custom Fees and Duties
• Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

I wish each my client to be happy about the purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you received, please don't hesitate to contact me. I`m sure we`ll solve any problem.
Returns are accepted. I pay refunds (except shipping costs).

You have money back guarantee in case the beads were damaged during shipping. To get refund for the broken ones you should send me the photo of them within 2-3 days from the date you received the package.

I am not responsible for losses, sorry.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please choose carefully! I do my best to show all the features of beads on photos. The pieces may have some spots, roughnesses, еtс. (it`s handmade after all).

Notice that the tints of beads may be displayed on your screen differently from the original (it depends on your monitor`s settings)!
